Larry WW6USA in New Mexico told me about a small DMR radio he just purchased -- a Zastone Mini9 Plus UHF DMR HT. It really is small, puts out 2 watts, more than enough for use around the house and yard into your hotspot.
He got his from a vendor in China, but I see them available for a bit more ($63, free shipping) on eBay. It has a good display, though when the radio is off, you cannot see that it is there. It appears to be limited to 5 DMR channels, but if your hotspot normally sits on a static talkgroup, this tiny radio is perfect.
eBay has a programming cable for it for $10 w/free shipping, but Larry found his RT Systems USB K4Y programming cable works on this Zastone radio.

Be careful of the vendor you purchase this radio from in China. There has been a couple (few) that scam the buyer. They provide a tracking number but it is supposedly delivered to a bogus address in another city. Ebay does pull these sellers off as soon as they are notified, but as always, be careful of the "price is to good"!
