After listening to the issue AA0RX brought up regarding TX history on the D-Star Roundtable Podcast, I looked to see of I could figure out if this is possible and I believe it is. While using D-Star in DR/DV mode, pressing the Function Key and then Digital/Mode Key, you are presented with the Digital Function Menu. The lower left corner has an option called Re-TX which contains recent (up to 20) transmits which you can scroll up and down through and select with the A/B key. Images atatched. More details in the user manual on page 16-6.

Just to followup, I do have an SD card installed and I'm running the latest firmware 1.05 from Kenwood. Perhaps that will help.
Took out my SD card and reviewed contents and it does not look like that information is stored on the card. This makes sense since I also powered up the TH-D74 with the card removed and the transmit history was still there.
There is also Call History which also contains recent Destination Select entries. This can be selected by holding down the Up arrow key while in DR mode.

Plot Thickens:
Recently went to to check my TX History and it was wiped out! I’m wondering if it gets cleared after a certain amount of time or if I’m accidentally clearing it.
I started trying to figure this out, but I could not pinpoint timing since I did not recall my last transmission. I guess I need to log on paper my TX and see if I can track it.
Another observation while doing this seems to indicate that TX history for DV & DR modes is separated out, i.e. digital mode specific. If you are using DIRECT in both the RPT1 & RT2 fields in DR mode, then your TX history is recorded, but only shows up while in DV mode. If you use CallSign B and CallSign G in RPT1 & RPT2 in DR mode, then your TX history is recorded, but only shows up in DR mode. This is reflected in the earlier images I posted in this thread. I guess this makes sense. However, when clearing TX history, the TH-D74 clears out ALL TX history.
NOTE: FOR DR mode, I have two repeater memories programmed for my DVAP Hotspot using the Kenwood MCP software as follows: (Kenwood uses Callsign & Gateway names rather than RPT1 & RPT2 in the MCP software) 1. Callsign: DIRECT Gateway: DIRECT
2. Callsign: N1PEB B Gateway: N1PEB G
When I use the DIRECT, this TX do not show up in DR TX history, but does show up in the DV mode TX history.
For reference here are my D-Star Commander settings:
ircDDBGateway Callsign: N1PEB G
D-Star Repeater Callsign N1PEB B Gateway: N1PEB G
Still going through some permutations to see if I can make better sense of this, but I wanted to pass along my observations thus far.
